From the Guide
“You do not need to be perfectly spiritual. You just need a life increasingly open to God.”
A letter from Felicity
For when the habit keeps slipping through your hands
Maybe you don't know what to read. Maybe prayer has started to feel repetitive. Maybe you begin strong and quietly fall out of the habit — or you're doing all the "right" things and still sense that something is missing.
This guide isn't a test of discipline, and it's not a formula for becoming a better Christian. Over seven unhurried days, you'll practice showing up, slowing down, being honest, surrendering what you can't control, learning to listen, abiding in Christ, and building a rhythm you can actually keep.
Some days will feel meaningful. Others will feel ordinary. Both are welcome — you only need to come as you are.
In the name of our Messiah,
Felicity
A peek inside
Seven days, one simple rhythm each
Every day opens with a short teaching and a verse, then moves through Scripture, a prayer prompt, a practice, reflection, and a commitment — ready for you to write directly on the page.
Scripture
A focused passage each day, with room to note your first thoughts.
Prayer Prompt
A specific prayer to pray, not a blank page staring back at you.
Practice
One small, doable action — gratitude, silence, honest writing.
Reflection & Commitment
A question to sit with, and a line to carry into tomorrow.
